Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@tasbihmisbaha.com or via WhatsApp at +90 533 464 32 44 with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Personalized items (such as products with custom engraving on the imame) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
